For the cost of a few months rent at a mini storage facility you can have your own storage building on your own property and free up enough space in your garage to get your car back in there. These storage buildings are built on site from hand picked quality materials. These are NOT kit buildings. They are custom designed to fit your exact needs so you get everything you need and nothing you don't want. The standard building comes with an entirely pressure treated floor system including treated 3/4" plywood flooring. Everything is framed using full size lumber (2x4 in walls and 2x6 minimum in the floors) spaced @ 16" on center as opposed to the 2x3 @ 24" spacing you will find in kits, pre-built buildings and with much of our competition (go ahead and ask around). V-groove panel siding, 1x4 trim, 25 year shingles and a 60" wide 6'-8" high double door. You can of course add any options you would like such as a loading ramp, alternate siding materials, shelving, a loft, windows, additional or larger door, roof vents, gable vents, roof overhangs to better protect the shed and anything else you could need in the building. I now also offer steel doors as an upgrade option. I offer competitive pricing and free estimates; however, I will never sacrifice craftsmanship to achieve lower costs, so if someone can beat my price, then you're simply not getting the same quality. We are adding pictures all the time so check back often for more updates! This first shed has a 10' by 12' footprint, 8' walls and an 11' peek. This shed was built with optional items such as a 10' ridge vent, 2 gable vents, and 2 24"x36" windows. The floor is framed using 2x6 treated floor joists and is covered by 3/4" treated plywood so it will hold as much weight as the floor in a house. The ground was leveled and the shed built directly on solid concrete block which are hidden below grade. This was a great project that took about 4 full days to complete.
This next building is a 10'x10' barn style shed. It sits on a bit of a slope but that was no problem to deal with. Other than being a barn style, this is fairly basic. It does have a loft upgrade inside for overhead storage which takes full advantage of the extra height that the barn roof provides. Since this shed was built I have been back to add more shelving and some decorative trim on the doors (not pictured). The next building is a 10'x12'. This time I will give a look at some of what goes into these buildings. Each photo has its own caption below it so read on and enjoy!
Key Benefits
PricingOur sheds are custom built each time so the prices may fluctuate slightly from the list below and adding or removing options will affect the cost but we strive to remain very competitive. If you can find someone cheaper who will match my quality, show me the quote and I will try to match or beat it.
These are samples of actual sheds I have built in the past and the price listed covered all materials (including some optional items) and labor to produce a high quality shed. Please do not use this as a price guarantee. Each shed is built according to each customers needs so the options in the sample prices below reflect what someone else ordered and may not be in line with what would suit your needs the best.
